BREEDING SPORTING Á. SCOPO:
ours is a breeding amatoriale; near each of our residences
we hold no more than four or five dogs. We have single
refuges, spacious, to the covered one, hygienic, with ample
spaces disposition greens. We adopt the method "fences in
inside enclosure", of way that the pups, in special way when
he/she anchors I/you/they have not been vaccinated, they
don't come to contact with other animals that could transmit
them some illnesses that, even, being underlined after the
period of incubation, when I/you/they have already been
submitted to the families that will welcome them. The pups,
are weaned with homogenized and fed with specific foods of
first quality, that guarantee their growth and the correct
assimilation, in their first period of their life, without
doubt that more delicate. Sverminati is surrendered,
perfectly with vaccinations directly effected by the
veterinarian near the breeding, as well as tattooed and in
possession of microchip, in the respect of the normative
ones in vigor.
We effect only joinings with the best Italian reproducers
but above all German, with the purpose to select the race of
the German shepherd, hocking resources economic and notable
sacrifices, consequential also from the fact that, finding
us to Perugia, it is still more difficult to reach Germany
for exposures and joinings.
OUR FATTRICIS E OUR STALLIONS: they originate from the
German best lines of blood, I own certified of selection SAS
and they possess an exceptional and balanced character.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO OWN CERTIFIED OF SELECTION SAS? the
certificate of selection is first of all released to that
subjects morphologically judged correspondents to the
qualification of "very good" in relationship to the standard
of race; "exempt displasia of the hip; in possession than at
least a "brevet of training", inferable from it initials her/it
ScHh or IPO and overcome aventi the test of physical
resistance. Such document is released by the specialized
society for the German shepherd, or from the S.A.S.
What it Means to Be Exempt DISPLASIA Di the hip (it initials
"HD") And Exempt DISPLASIA Di the Elbow (it initials "And"):
the displasia of the hip is a pathology that interests the
coxo-femoral alteration. The causes of this illness seem to
be different but his/her hereditary component seems to
constitute, still today, that more influential. According to
some studies, it seems by now strengthened that the
displasia has character poligenico and therefore they
intervene to determine her/it more geniuses but also
different external causes what environmental, alimentary and
traumatic. Besides it is a course illnesses recessive: this
is confirmed by the fact that dogs displasici they would be
able, if joined, to produce healthy pups but the problem of
the displasia will introduce him, generalmente,nella

Analogous consideration must have done for the pathologies
riguardanti the elbow. Our breeding, effects also for a long
time this last type of selection, (as it is deduced in the
cards of our last subjects with it initials her/it "And"),
despite such search, is not obligatory yet. Such pathology
goes to mine the functionality of the dog, perhaps in
heavier way still of the displasia of the hip. The degree of
judgment that will be brought in the center of refertazione
will be "0" - "normal" or "1" - "almost normal" - "2" - "still
admitted."
Our breeding, effects, since the beginning, a rigid
selection, not only giving a lot of importance to the
ascending subjects but also to the collateral ones, that
possess the same genetic characteristics of those used for
the reproduction. The search of the stallions happens among
those whose "families" introduces good degrees of exemption
as well as an already valued reproduction in such sense.
This is also evident observing the fact that we often
possess more subjects of relief of the same cucciola, which,
by itself, they show a good incidence of exemption. You/he/she
can be concluded affirming, that the risk to incur in a
displasia is lower if the seriousness and the
professionalism it is greater with which such splendid race
is raised, that unlike others, boast of years of selection.
WHAT AND' A BREVET OF TRAINING? In few words, the brevets
SchH or IPO, 1 - 2 and 3, are of the examinations to which
the dog is submitted after a period of intense training. It
deals with exercises of search in "footstep", of obedience
and of defense. The dog, to overcome such tests, has however
to have some safety dowries, tempering, equilibrium,
combativeness and propensity to the game. The subjects that
don't own these characteristics, cannot overcome said tests
and you/they are not considered from who raises seriously.
These, besides they won't be able, in consequence of this,
to get the certificate of selection. Of a subject, can be
said that has an excellent or a good character, only if has
overcome such tests!
WHAT AND' THE TEST OF RESISTANCE? it is a test in which the
dog, after the 16 months of age, it has to cross 20 Kms to
slow trot, showing so not to have malformations and a good
resistance.
THE CHARACTER? for us it is one of the fundamental elements
of the race. Our dogs are perfectly balanced and this can be
ascertained him/it coming to visit our breeding and to know
them. Such characteristic, her he can also deduce observing
the choices of breeding effected in these years. Well seven
of our subjects, further to have effected tests of training,
to have gotten certified of selection, have overcome the
difficult tests of access to the class job of the Italian
championships of breeding, Germans and Americans. It deals
with Derek, Rick, Rocco, Waldo, Alina, Agnes and Aika. The
same dogs, live with our children and they respect those
people who want to play with them.
THE FIRST SUGGESTIONS FOR THE GROWTH OF THE PUP:
FEEDING:
280 gs. around of food: Maxi Baby Dog of the Royal Canin.
After the five months to replace him/it with the Maxi
Junior, always of the Royal Canin, thin to one year of age.
To divide the portion in three daily meals (morning-lunch
and evening); to bathe the food with lukewarm water around
mezz'ora before and to serve eats up her/it; in winter
slightly lukewarm.
After the four months it is advisable to integrate the
feeding with “VMP Articolare” tablets, concerning himself/herself/itself
to the recommended doses.
It is important that the pup doesn't grow fat but dry, for
which is fundamental to adjust the dose according to the
assimilation. And' advisable to let the breeder to see every
now and then the dog, during the growth.
Produced Parasiticide (Lesmania, Filaria, Mints and Fleas):
Against the Mints and Fleas, Zyzek or Frontline. To sprinkle
him/it every fifteen days, in the recommended dose, on the
mantle of the dog and then to also massage him/it
“contropelo”, mainly in the months of April-May June and
September.
Frontline is also available in “pipettes” to apply once on
the back a month.
However it is essential to apply once a month, also
“Strongold” that it is a prevention against the Filaria.
Strongold can be applied in concomitance with the aforesaid
Frontline but in different moments. Against the Filaria
there are other prophylaxes of prevention that can be
recommended you by your veterinarian. Against the Lesmania,
it is useful to apply the collar Escalibur.
MICROCHIP E REGISTRATION Á. THE A.S.L.:
It is obligatory the Microchip that is applied, first from
the delivery, directly from our veterinarian. The
registration to your A.S.L. you/he/she will be effected by
the same veterinarian.
THE GAME:
The game is fundamental for the growth of the pup. It is
advisable to accustom him/it, since small, to play with a
little ball (of the type with the cordino), that must have
moved from the owner as a prey, so that, he, will be had to
get used to run after her/it and to conquer her/it. However,
you/he/she must not be leave him to disposition. The little
ball must have replaced, at times, from a frankfurter in
cloth, that equally, you/he/she can be purchased in a shop
of animals.
To acquire some suggestions about it, the reading of the
book recommends him “The German Shepherd”, I edit from DE
Vecchi Publishers, of Valeria Rossi or of other manuals.
THE LEASH AND THE COLLAR:
Actually to three months and a half it is enough leash in
nylon. Then you/he/she must be replaced with a chain collar
in iron (of the type that can also be used “to I strangle”)
and with a leash in leather of the length of around 2 meters,
deprived of iron rings, so that, the dog, can walk right in
front of you.
THE FIRST DAYS:
in the first fifteen days, to proceed as it follows:
To withdraw the pup in the morning, so that during the day
it will get used to his/her new environment. In the first
night, to hold him/it the more possible next to you, with
the purpose to be able to transmit him safety. The next day,
can be situated in its space and won't have to receive
attentions when will cry - if will cry!
